Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial team in Istanbul office and execute the following responsibilities:


  • Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, on-time deliveries, complete order fulfillment.
  • Use a computer system to track questions and answers as well as enter and track the status of orders.
  • Evaluate and resolve customer complaints professionally and tactfully.
  • Initiate and implement initiatives which improve customer service and responsiveness.
  • Champion customer needs and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives.
  • Any other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 2+ years Customer Service or related experience is a plus.
  • Good level of English both written & oral
  • Strong written, verbal and telephone skills.
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills.
  • Detailed oriented and good follow-up skills.
  • Able to effectively manage many priorities and issue

Additional Information

The position will be employed on a 1 year contract basis.
