At DuPont, we are looking for a dynamic Customer Quality Manager who can drive quality standards and build strong partnerships with our global customers. Key Responsibilities:
Leverage your deep understanding of customer requirements and expectations to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality.
Collaborate closely with customers, demonstrating exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English to foster strong relationships.
Utilize your high level of credibility and influence within the organization to connect with subject matter experts (SMEs) and swiftly resolve customer inquiries or issues.
Work with regional quality leaders/PQM to align all relevant communication/trouble shooting at all sites.
Scope: Global – customers and/or Dupont litho manufacturing locations may be global upto 20% travel, depending on customer locations and DuPont manufacturing locations for their specific customer.
Drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing technical projects, product improvements, and problem resolution initiatives.
Interact directly with the two largest semiconductor manufacturers in Korea along with Litho quality teams in the Cheonan, South Korea, Marlborough, MA and Sasakami, Japan factories.
Travel expectations include regular visits to customer sites in Korea along with visits for customer audit at the Cheonan and Sasakami site.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience working directly with customers in the semiconductor industry on technical projects such as product development, process improvements, or quality enhancements.
Strong knowledge of lithography processes and how various manufacturing changes—such as specification adjustments, process modifications, raw material changes, or delivery time reductions—impact product quality.
Ability to work effectively across functions and levels within the organization, using your influence and network to deliver swift, accurate solutions to customers.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Chemistry or Engineering
8+ years’ experience working in the semiconductor or semiconductor materials industry in a technical role (Engineering, R&D, Quality, Fab, etc)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in customer-facing roles outside of DuPont, particularly in managing technical projects and resolving complex challenges.
In-depth understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, with the ability to foresee the implications of any changes to product specifications, processes, or timelines.
