Customer Quality Engineer(m/f/d)



Key Accountabilities and Activities



  • Leading problem solving activities for issues detected at In-Process and final inspection at customer plant and field dedicated customer group


  • Managing Customer Portals and score cards


  • Leading PPAP activities for new projects


  • Leading customer audits, requalification and specific requirements.


  • Working as a Customer representative in the plant


  • Preparing regular reports (COPQ, Scrap Analysis, Customer performance …)


  • Supporting the team  in case of serial changes as Quality representative


  • Managing firewall activities and action plans



Your profile



Key Competencies




  • B2 level inGerman is required (spoken and written)


  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)


  • Good MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)


  • Good skills in VDA 6.5 and VDA 6.3, QDAS software, Formel Q and VW/Audi specific requirements


  • German customer portal knowledge (Be On, KPML)


  • Knowledge about IATF 16949, coretools (SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP …)


  • Experience about Problem Solving methodologies (8D, Fishbone …)


  • Good organizational and communication skills


  • Analytic thinking



Qualification and Experience



  • Degree in industrial / mechanical / metallurgical engineering


  • 2-3 years of experience in automotive customer quality.


  • Driving license B
