Your Role .The Customer Onboarding Expert is responsible for supporting customer integration processes, including new business start-ups, system migrations, facility relocations, and specific projects. This role ensures tasks are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with Kuehne+Nagel/Customer objectives. It involves supporting activities and collaborating with team members to achieve project goals with the National Contract Logistics Customer Onboarding Manager. Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure a smooth customer transition into our services.  
  • Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.  
  • Work closely with internal teams (Business Development, Operations, IT, Production Systems, and Customer Engagement) to align onboarding processes with customer needs.  
  • Manage and coordinate related teams and customer implementations on behalf of the National Contract Logistics
  • Customer Onboarding Manager.  
  • Identify and mitigate risks in onboarding processes to improve efficiency.  
  • Utilize project management tools to monitor onboarding success and optimize workflows.  
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable project plans.  
  • Ensure customer expectations are met through clear communication and proactive issue resolution.  
  • Provide structured internal and external reporting.  
  • Address scope changes, risks, and deviations promptly with strong problem-solving skills.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering, or a related field).
  • 2+ experience in , project management, project implementation, customer onboarding or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD as it will be used for warehouse design, layout validation, and operational planning. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Turkish.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
