Alumil, one of the most advanced companies worldwide in the design and production of architectural aluminum systems is looking for a Customer Consultant for one of its subsidiaries in Turkey. Alumil Turkiye is one of the fast growing subsidiaries of the Alumil group.Main dutiesFormulate construction designs through AutoCAD for further supporting the project design. Conduct static studies for the appropriate profile selection during the study of the project. Receive phone calls from external and internal customers (end customers included) and support them. Collaborate with the market development department regarding the projects that need technical support. Engage with specialized project designs. Identify and satisfy clients’ needs. Maintain and enhance the relationship with end customers after purchase. Comply with the data entry process for projects on the CRM. Inform the market development department with regards to inbound large-scale projects. Visit the construction sites for technical support.
