• Process owner and principle commercial contact of receivables performance assessment and financial dispute management with customer/dealer.
•  Daily control, release, and hold of customer orders based on current receivable risk level, in close collaboration with Logistics Team.
• Daily shipment control as per credit limit exceedance.
• Weekly analysis of overdue receivables as well as reporting of the overdue interest on customer/dealer basis.
• Monthly reporting of customer/dealer receivables performance to Commercial Manager.
• Yearly analysis and assessment of customer/dealer credit limits and payment terms.
• Collaboration with sales team via monthly receivables meetings to assess in advance and minimize the risk of payment defaults.
• Working in close contact with Commercial Manager for credit limit assessments and approvals.
• Delivery process management to achieve the Stock Level Target based on current receivable risk situation in close collaboration with Controlling & Logistics teams.
• Implementing local strategies to achieve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) target.
• Reporting monthly Cash Flow considering current customer/dealer payment plans and behaviours.
• Managing customer/dealer guarantee letter renewal process
• Technical support to our production plant's credit control operations.
• Monthly reporting of Incoming Orders and Total Net Sales of Service department.
• Consistently applying a lean process mindset in all tasks and decision-making processes.
• Supporting monthly & yearly closing activities.
• Financial analysis, credit scoring and risk performance of existing and future customers/dealers.
• Departmental dashboard maintenance via Power BI.
• Other operational tasks concerning regulations and procedures e.g. internal signatures renewal, legal document tracking etc.
• Review and (if needed) renewal of local credit risk and payment procedures according to local requirements.
• Contribution to the "Distributor's Yearly Sales Target" by analysing historical commercial data as per "4 Eyes Principle".

• Graduated from Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or similar departments of universities.
•  Experience with SAP and IBM Planning Analytics Tool is an asset.
• Experience with Power BI, Python and SQL is an asset.
