Responsibilities:

• Conduct performance analysis for internal and customer-based metrics and generate regular reports.
• Analyze large data sets to derive insights that contribute to business strategies.
• Provide suggestions to improve data collection, processing, and analysis processes.
• Regularly present data analyses and performance reports to the management team.
• Share information from reports and analyses to optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather and analyze necessary data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in analysis and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, preferably skilled in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, statistical analysis, and modeling.
• Excellent analytical thinking skills, result-oriented, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
