WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?
· Generate fresh creative ad concepts, identify new creative angles for our apps, and experiment with out-of-the-box marketing ideas beyond standard ad formats to push creative boundaries.
· Work closely with the Marketing Art team to bring ideas to life, translating marketing insights and audience behaviors into actionable creative strategies that enhance ad performance and engagement.
· Stay ahead of industry trends by analyzing top-performing apps, ads, competitor strategies, social media trends, and viral content, identifying what drives engagement and using these insights to bring fresh, data-backed ideas to the marketing team.
· Analyze and deconstruct winning creatives, extracting key learnings to improve future ad performance and sharing insights across the team.
· Research and integrate AI-powered creative tools to streamline workflows and automate creative processes.
· Work closely with performance marketers, influencers, and marketing artists to align creative strategies, optimize ad performance, and develop high-impact content across different channels.
· Collaborate with the influencer team to identify UGC content needs, provide clear creative briefs to creators, and support the process by ensuring the produced assets align with marketing goals and creative strategy.
