P&L Leadership
Own and execute the country’s P&L to achieve financial and market share goals.
Lead the country’s transformation journey by driving growth and profitability.
Sales Excellence
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Manage and inspire the sales force to deliver outstanding results.
Build strong partnerships with key accounts, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
Innovation and Strategy
Leverage e-commerce and explore white-space opportunities to expand market reach.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance brand impact and innovation.
People Leadership
Cultivate a high-performing, engaged, and diverse team.
Drive a culture of accountability, simplicity, and inclusivity.
Prioritize talent development and mentorship to build the next generation of leaders.
Experience: 10 years in commercial, sales, or marketing roles. FMCG experience is a plus.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and deliver results.
Skills: Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, negotiation skills, and adaptability.
Mindset: Challenger mentality—stretch boundaries, drive results, and foster collaboration.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field; MBA preferred.
