Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve these goals
Manage relationships with current and potential clients
Prepare sales reports and present them to managers
Coordinate post-sales services and ensure customer satisfaction
Build and maintain corporate segment clients through various sales activities (face-to-face sales meetings, phone calls, events, field inspections, etc.), ensuring a comprehensive account portfolio, achieving targets, and maximizing production
Create and negotiate corporate proposals, annual contracts, and other necessary business relationships
Closely monitor account revenues, business production, and Corporate Accounts, and keep the Account & Contact Database up-to-date in the property management system
Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of the unique selling points, features, facilities, services, and policies of all food sales locations
Coordinate and communicate with Outbound Sales Offices regarding accounts/markets served by Outbound Sales, and identify Sales Leaders for other Rotana Hotels outside the region
Update hotels on the progress of each event and facilitate the use of technology for communication and customer information
Provide feedback to the Sales Manager – Corporate on changing market conditions, review direct competitors, and conduct regular research
