Our Expectations from You:
University degree in engineering, economics, business administration, or related departments from reputable universities,
Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in financial analysis, investment banking, or consultancy roles,
Managing projects and processes in M&A, investor private placement, privatization, and financing deals;
Actively participating in due-diligence processes for acquisitions and providing key inputs to relevant acquisition agreements;
Conducting sector research for M&As and documentation such as information memorandum, teaser, management presentation, etc. preparation for spin-off projects, making contact with strategic partners/divisions,
An in-depth understanding of financial modeling and a working knowledge of accountancy,
Highly competent spreadsheet skills in Excel (preferably having a working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
