Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will be responsible for leading, retention and recognition of In-vivo Project Managers’ team, ensuring that the projects are delivered on time and budget, maintaining highest customer satisfaction rate and;

• Identifying, assessing, monitoring, reporting commercial risks of Invivo (Imaging) Projects,
• Managing costs and financial results in line with Project Managers,
• Ensuring accuracy of project cost and pricing calculations,
• Working closely with multiple departments in order to make sure that the milestones of the project are met,
• Provision allocation for cost and revenue of a project,
• Managing project finances on the basis of contractual developments,
• Initiating invoicing according to contractual terms,
• Calculations of Non Conformance Cost to check whether the project is within the boundaries of both contract and project calculation,
• Managing customer requirements, including leasing, direct customers and distributors,
• Cash collection from customers,
• Acting as the decider for local equipment purchases,
• Handling special project types, such as leasing, Hermes, Letter of Credit projects,
• P58 Key user
• Active usage of multiple project management tools,
• Process optimization of commercial tasks,

Your qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor degree in Faculty of Management / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering or a related area
• Advanced command of written and spoken English and/or German
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, F/X risk management, corporate reporting, IFRS, financial planning and cost controlling
• 2-4 years experience in people management
• Knowledge in finance reporting digitalization topic
