Controlling Business Partner for Power Tools

As part of the AA (Asia and Africa) regional controlling team, you will be working to ensure business result achievement, risk management and governance in the HUB of Türkiye, Middle East and Central Asia (Caucasian and STAN countries). Your responsibility:

• Regional Controlling and Reporting, including analysis and commenting for Sales, Selling costs and resources within the region, with close collaboration between Country Sales Organizations, Sales and Marketing as well as with the Business Units. 
• Analysis of the relevant KPIs, definition and tracking of cost saving measures. Consulting of country, customer and marketing responsible contact persons to steer and optimize the results. Enhancing actual reporting portfolio.
• Active part within Business Planning, Forecasting and Monthly reporting. 
• Further development of existing Controlling instruments and processes for the regional Controlling as well as enhancements of planning and steering instruments. Support the countries with controlling experience and usage of central guideline.
• Involvement in current Controlling projects and special analysis in Sales Controlling.

Economic degree with Accounting / Finance / Controlling specialization
•    5+ years of work experience in Finance/Controlling field
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Good understanding of business complexity and influences 
•    Supportive and have good communication skills
•    Fluency in written and spoken English
•    Advanced knowledge of MS Office and ideally BI Tools (e.g.: PowerBI, Tableau, SAP Webi, etc.)
•    Experience in sales controlling is an advantage
