We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Excellence Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by optimizing commercial strategies, enhancing sales effectiveness, and supporting key business initiatives. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, implement best practices, and ensure the overall success of commercial operations.
Your key responsibilities:
- Execute local commercial excellence plan based on marketing plan priorities
- Engage organization on the key CRM processes (lead, opportunity, contact and account mgmt.)
- Collect and prioritize local CRM sales & marketing needs to support solution
- Collect and prioritize local needs in terms of data visualization
- Support the continuous progress on our data quality journey according to local and global requirements
- Prepares customer and commercial data for insights to support decision making and support the SC Transformation
- Champion for the Customer Experience process, ensuring the process runs smoothly and the data generated is translated in order to support decision making process for local strategic initiatives to improve customer experience
- Implement Commercial Excellence related priorities and activities: activation and follow through
- Contributor to Commercial Excellence cluster and/or global initiatives.
- Collaborator with other EAs to support the whole marketing agenda, support line of business on agreed priorities from lead to order.
Your Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
- Proactive personality and good communication skills
- Good in stakeholder management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience with sales tools, CRM systems, and data analysis platform
- Good general business knowledge: Marketing and sales connected to the customer journey, funnel management, customers experience management, account and contacts management.
- It is essential for all this that you have a very good command of written and spoken English
