Client Service Analyst will be responsible of the client management and all aspects of the client services delivery including day to day business, new product development and coordination with the stake holders.
This is a temporary position with a 6-month contract.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Client Services delivery (to corporates, domestic and cross-border FIs, Non-Bank FIs) in respect of:
- Client Management responsibility: act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, build and maintain strong relationship with the clients ensuring high service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal DB policies related to custody services.
- Responding Client Questionnaires (i.e. AFME, Compliance)
- Follow up of all relevant market developments in order to protect interests of custody clients
- Client adoption / client take-on process
- Carry out all KYC processes (i.e. periodic reviews, preparation of AARs and etc.)
- Carry out tax-ID application and coordinate client account opening with relevant teams.
- Day-to-day account queries and support
- Periodic account queries (relating to Billing, Fee structures, Taxation, Statements, etc.)
- Coordination of RFPs / SLAs / Custody Agreements and all other forms of documentation required to support business line
- Coordination of Due Diligence visits / client visits and reviews
- Development / maintenance of all Market Guides, client presentations, product / service guides etc.
- Sourcing / preparation / release of all published SeS Turkey Market News material
- Analysis / review of client feedback relating to SeS Products and Services
- Analysis / development of new Products / Services
- Analysis of client activity and support credit limit allocation accordingly
- Working together with the Head of SeS and RTMs for the Implementation / roll-out of new Products / Services Preparation of monthly and quarterly documents & financial reports
Your Skills and Experience:
- A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Preferably at least 1-2 years of experience working with a major financial institution
- Candidates should have an understanding of financial markets and banking industry
- Strong presentation skills, both written and oral with ability to effectively engage with clients
- Client knowledge of both domestic and cross-border clients
- Excellent coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills and stellar communication skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken Turkish and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
