The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our client's executive team. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a high-impact marketing function that will drive both B2B and B2C growth. As the first CMO, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of the company's marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition across B2B and B2C channels.
• Operational Management: Establish and oversee marketing operations, including performance marketing, brand strategy, CRM, CX and analytics.
• Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a dynamic marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data and market trends to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead complex, high-stakes projects with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Design partners.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 15+ years in marketing, with at least 8 years in a leadership role, preferably within digital or tech-driven companies.
• Expertise: Proven B2B and B2C marketing success, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and customer lifecycle management.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Innovation: A track record of developing and executing innovative marketing solutions.
