Role Summary:

We are looking for an accomplished and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO): The incoming CFO will be instrumental in shaping the company's financial direction, guiding strategic decisions, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring sustainability as the organization continues its rapid growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage the company's overall financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, risk evaluation, and strategic planning.
• Establish a finance practice from the ground up, driving digital transformation and automation, implementing effective structures, processes, and financial systems to support sustainable growth
• Employ advanced financial methodologies and XaaS-specific financial management techniques to effectively measure, forecast, and extend the company's financials.
• Deliver precise, timely, and actionable financial insights that empower strategic decision-making by the executive team.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting according to GAAP standards while overseeing seamless financial operations across Turkey, Europe, the US, and Asia.
• Act as a strategic advisor to founders and executive leadership, offering data-driven financial perspectives and solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a robust finance team, fostering high performance, professional growth, and collaboration across departments.

Desired Qualifications:

• Demonstrated track record as a CFO or senior financial executive within high-growth, agile businesses.
• Deep expertise in financial planning, analytics, reporting, and strategy execution and proven capability to develop and implement scalable financial systems.
• Strong experience and comfort in XaaS financial management, understanding subscription-model metrics and economics.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with the talent for building, motivating, and inspiring finance teams to deliver excellence.
