Job Title:Central Operations&Facility Services Snr. ManagerJob DescriptionThe Sr. Manager, Facility Management, will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility management, including maintenance, safety, security, and environmental compliance. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained, cost-effective, and conducive to a productive work environment. This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise.Manage the day-to-day operations of all company facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well maintainedImplement efficient facility management processes and best practices.Lead and mentor a team of facility management professionals, providing guidance and support in their rolesPromote a culture of excellence, safety, and teamwork within the departmentDevelop and manage the facility management budget, including cost control measures and expenditure trackingIdentify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining facility standardsCollaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure the timely completion of maintenance and repair projectsNegotiate contracts and agreements to secure cost-effective servicesOversee safety protocols and compliance with regulations, including emergency preparedness and environmental sustainabilityConduct regular safety inspections and ensure corrective actions are taken as neededPlan and execute facility improvement projects, renovations, and expansions as requiredCoordinate project teams and monitor project progressMaintain an accurate inventor of facility assets and equipmentDevelop and implement asset maintenance plans to extend equipment lifespan.Communicate with internal departments and stakeholders to understand their facility needs and address concernsProvide regular updates on facility performance and projectsRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with extensive experience preferred.Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrated ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret.Solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry.Demonstrates business acumen.Demonstrated ability to foster customer service disposition and sense of professionalism for self and team.Excellent attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement.AdvancedMicrosoft Office skills.Location:TUR - KAGITHANE1 - MERKEZ MAHALLESI AYAZMA CADDESI PAPIRUS PLZ.
