Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionWe are looking for a Business Partner Manager to join Roche Diagnostics Turkey.The Business Partner Manager manages the entire lifecycle of Business Partner/Wholesaler relationships, including selection, contracting, onboarding, training, performance monitoring, and, when necessary, contract termination and transition. This role ensures compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and global standards while fostering strong strategic and operational relationships with business partners to drive sustainable growth.Key Accountabilities1. Business Partner Management FrameworkDefine and maintain the Business Partner Management Framework, ensuring alignment with Roche Diagnostics’ global strategy and divisional standards.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Communication, etc.) to address partner-related needs and risks.Collaborate with the Legal/Quality/SHE/Compliance teams to implement compliance frameworks and standards.Oversee legal processes for contract renewals and terminations in partnership with the Legal team.Hold regional and departmental heads accountable for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and processes.2. Strategic Partnership ManagementManage partner relationships in alignment with the Business Partner Framework and local business partner strategy.Analyze and define the required profiles and capabilities of business partners to align with growth objectives.Develop and maintain a KPI matrix to measure, select, and assess partners for development and professionalization.Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create business development strategies.Build trust and strong relationships with partners while evaluating market trends, risks, and opportunities.Assess partner impact on customers and evaluate route-to-market strategies in coordination with regional heads and operations teams.3. Operational Partnership ManagementProvide input on commercial policies, pricing models, and incentive practices for business partners in coordination with finance and commercial teams.
