As a Business Management Analyst within our Branch, you will play a crucial role in strategic planning, financial analysis, and process improvement. You will work closely with our business leaders to monitor performance, support decision-making, and contribute to the success of our operations. Your insights will help us navigate market developments and enhance our business strategies, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Line of Businesses in strategic analysis, planning, and project activities.
- Monitor business performance and provide quality MIS reporting to senior management.
- Understand local market developments and update relevant business heads.
- Collaborate on deals and pipelines, creating management presentations and reports.
- Contribute to annual revenue and cost budgeting activities.
- Participate in budget planning and perform regular financial controls.
- Engage in New Business Initiative Assessment and Change Management Projects.
- Support corporate governance activities and attend regulatory meetings.
- Prepare meeting minutes and materials for management and committee meetings.
- Conduct analysis on regulatory changes and present findings to business lines.
- Support internal audits and follow up on action items with LOBs.
- Assist in Resiliency & Disaster Recovery processes and event organization.
- Support the Chairman of the Board in preparing for Board of Managers meetings.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in business management or financial analysis.
- Turkish language requirement.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
