Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business growth strategies.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and project execution.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand business networks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
• Proficiency in CRM tools 
• Fluency in [language requirements if applicable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Advanced in English
