As HotelRunner, We’re looking for great Business Analysts ready to take on some serious hacking for our İzmir R&D Office.

We aim to create a platform that enables hotels and travel agencies to reach travelers worldwide in order to maximize profits and revenues.

About the Job


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into clear and detailed business requirements
  • Analyze and document existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Work closely with product, design, and development teams to ensure alignment of business requirements with technical solutions
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making and product planning
  • Define and prioritize business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with product goals and timelines
  • Prepare detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications to guide development teams
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with key stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of test plans to ensure that business requirements are met
  • Monitor product performance post-launch, gathering feedback and data to support continuous improvements
  • Provide ongoing support for product teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering regular progress reports

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software industry
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering techniques
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision making
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Living in Izmir
