About the location:

Ideal Candidate
Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency.
1-2 years of bartending and/or relevant Food and Beverage service experience.
Expert knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.
Communication skills with guests.
Proficiency in English.
Knowledge of Food and Beverage.
Familiarity with POS systems
What we are looking for;
1. Ability to receive, accept, verify, and store all requests related to alcoholic beverages, wines, beers, juices, non-alcoholic drinks, and food items used in bar areas.
2. Provide a satisfying and expert beverage/food experience to lounge guests in accordance with Four Seasons' standards of quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
3. Fill bar areas with alcoholic beverages, wines, beers, juices, non-alcoholic drinks, glassware, and garnishes.
4. Develop comprehensive job knowledge of menu items, their contents, and preparation.
5. Develop comprehensive job knowledge of all products served at the bar, e.g., drinks, wines, beers, ports, brandies, soft drinks, cognacs, special spirits, etc.
6. Be knowledgeable about menu items and daily specials, as well as what is not available.
7. Monitor and check the bar during service.
8. Ensure that all service details are properly implemented and the highest service quality is provided to every guest.
9. Use the hotel's computer system to enter sales, print checks, close accounts, and complete closing values.
10. Ensure proper pouring, mixing, and blending of drinks.
11. Serve all drinks in the service bar area to guests and manage all beverages in the bar section.
12. Ensure that all food items are properly presented to bar guests.
13. Keep the bar area clean and organized by removing dishes and glasses whenever possible.
14. Ensure the bar is stocked and all side opening and closing tasks are completed.
15. Greet each guest immediately, politely, and elegantly, making eye contact, smiling, and standing
