WBL services its loan portfolio and loan portfolios for third parties, specializing in the management of non-performing loan pools and REO.
WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.
This is a remote Contract/Consultant position.
Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Position Overview
In a fast paced, high expectation, results oriented environment, the Asset Resolution Analyst will be responsible for managing a portfolio of non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loans and REO.
Core responsibilities include the development, implementation and monitoring (while working with outside counsel) of appropriate collection, loss mitigation and recovery strategies, weekly reporting and quarterly file analysis.
Essential Functions:
● Maintain and update the attorney database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
● Regularly communicate with attorneys to collect and review legal tracking reports.
● Ensure timely receipt of reports to support forecasting processes.
● Assist in managing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process by coordinating with attorneys.
● Ensure required documentation and proposals are received and processed efficiently.
