For the Siemens SI Buildings Business Unit, Service Sales Department, will drive and execute sales targets and activities focused on digital services across a designated region and verticals.
This role will aim to increase digital sales to both existing and potential customers within the installed base, achieving defined commercial targets for the Siemens SI Buildings portfolio.
Responsibilities:
• Plan sales volumes and assess customer potential across assigned verticals, accounts, and regions.
• Drive digital service business growth, with a specific focus on offerings in Automation, Fire, Security and Energy.
• Support in-person customer meetings alongside Service Sellers.
• Provide CRM-based information to assist in forecasting and planning.
• Analyze specific market conditions and build a robust, market-focused network of stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for digital service solutions within the portfolio. (EPI, API, APA, etc.)
• Conduct workshops to educate and upskill the team on digital service offerings. (Proven Outcomes Approach)
• Prepare customer contacts and maintain a network focused on customer needs and satisfaction.
• Coordinate and negotiate proposals in collaboration with proposal management and other relevant professionals and leaders.
• Manage and contribute to the execution of projects, product development, and service programs as required.
• Complete key sales and revenue-related reports.
• Contribute to the growth of After-Market business in the region.
• Act as a liaison between customers, the Service Sales team, and DSC to meet unique customer requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably in fire/security/building automation industries.
• Experience with IoT and digital services is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of vertical sales is an asset.
• Sales management experience is an asset.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Intercultural business experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital working environment tools.
• Clear, innovative thinker with a focus on driving change.
• Strong focus on customer retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.
Additional Requirements:
• Military service should be completed for male candidates.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• A valid driver’s license with a good standing record.
