We are looking for an Application Manager for our new product project currently being executed under the umbrella of Siemens Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. located in Kartal. The role will be integrated into the new organization as part of the upcoming new set up and role has end-to-end responsibility to deliver and maintain application services ensuring that internal and external regulatory, security, and compliance requirements, as well as agreed service levels are fulfilled.
What part will you play?
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, MIS or related fields
• 10 years experience, preferably in a financial services company, in the same role
• Tech-related skills in financial services, systems & platforms
• Demonstrable project experience
• Deep understanding in Application Management
• Excellent command of English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Able to travel when required

•Being responsible for the first implementation and the further development of new Contact Management System (CMS)
•Being responsible for all modules of CMS and integrations with local and global systems.
•Being responsible for operating CMS according to BRSA regulations and Siemens' standards and procedures
•Coordinating and drive all necessary upgrade and release management activities together with solution suppliers and consulting partners
•Defining, creating, and maintaining software interfaces to other applications and ensure their availability
•Verifying and validating concepts and specifications against requirements and standards in close alignment with the business units
•Responsibility for communication, collaboration, and relationship management of key internal and external stakeholders, regarding service status, planning, and information sharing.
•Preparation and support for IT audits
•Fulfillment of reporting requirements
