Airfreight Export Specialist - Ankara

The Airfreight Export Specialist takes responsibility for owned files in accordance with the "one file one operator" principle. These responsibilities are on door to door basis and include managing pick up and delivery operations, creating Hawb and receiving import files, taking carrier bookings for export, following flight status, coordinating shipment follow up with own customers and DGF offices, creating / controlling the cost and revenue items of the file. Also tracks customer quotation requests and prepares customer quotations. She/he is responsible for GP growth and optimization on file level.

• At least 3 years of experience in Airfreight operations
• Bachelor degree
• IATA dangerous goods certification (preferred)
• Fluent both in written and spoken English
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Good commercial and financial mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Can-do spirit and pragmatic thinker with level of detail and multi-tasking skills
• Self-confident and ability to maintain strong relationships
• Good administrative skills
• Residence in Ankara
