We are seeking high-potential, talented, open-minded, and energetic graduates for an 11-month program. The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• 2024-2025 University graduate Bachelor’s Degree in Tobacco Technology engineering or Agricultural Engineering or relevant degree or equivalent.

• Good proficiency in MS Office applications.

  
  

• Intermediate level of English knowledge.

  
  

• Knowledgeable in plant nutrition and irrigation.

  
  

• Interested in data collection and analysis.

  
  

• Able to work well with others and collaborate to achieve common goals.

  
  

• Supports planning and coordinates the implementation of agreed practices and projects at the field level.

  
  

• Monitors crop production and procurement.

  
  
• The military obligation must be postponed for male candidates; at least 2 years.
