Accompanying the client through the life of the product they have purchased, the Local Fashion After Sales Services team coordinate Fashion After Sales activities to ensure a long-lasting relationship with clients within our strategy. Experts in assessing CHANEL Fashion products, the team facilitate administrative follow-up related to repairs and support the Boutique on After Sales issues.


IN THIS METIER, WE ARE ENERGISED BY:


Being experts in CHANEL Fashion products, their construction and history, to best advise on repairs.


Providing Hands on technical support and repairing CHANEL Fashion products in our Atelier.


Supporting administrative tasks related to maintenance and repairs of CHANEL fashion products


Assessing Fashion products that come in for After Sales Service, as well as Fashion products onsite that require repairs.


Communicating the repair diagnosis and time to the Fashion Advisor in light of the workshop workload, product warranty status and the client


Delighting clients with a professional and efficient After Sales service.


Coordinating all stakeholders involved in the repair and recording all relevant information to ensure a proper follow-up of repairsEnsuring repairs are completed in a timely, professional mannerKeeping the necessary stock and placing orders for spare parts and consumables, internationally and locally, and informing clients and boutique staff about the arrival of repair parts


Enhancing CHANEL’s reputation for ultimate luxury by educating Fashion Advisors in After Sales care to ensure product longevity.


Inputting and Managing Customer Care data into relevant systems for daily operations and reporting purposes.


Providing care tips to the Fashion Adviser or clients to enrich the client experience and ensure the sustainability of productsConducting training and briefings for boutique staff on updated care tips, policies and procedures, monitoring policies and procedure implementationSupporting and advising boutique staff on after-sales services, helping with any repair issuesTracking data on client orders and stock products being repaired

Profile


Client and service-oriented, previous experience in the Retail or luxury industry would be greatly appreciated. Soft skills above all:


  • You have a keen sense of customer service, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work in repair atelier.
  • You have strong product and craftmanship sensibility and high interest in fashion
  • You are proactive, organized, rigorous with a good management of priorities
  • You are able to find solutions quickly
  • You like to work in a team
  • Fluent in English
