Job Description

• After Sales Service Partner Management
• Responding to customer and service partner inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Handling complaints from field
• Improvement of corporate design of service partners and KPIs
• Collecting regular feedback from field
• Regular visiting service partners and dealers (min. 3 days a week)
• Finding new service partners accordingly



Qualifications

• University Degree in Plumbing Teacher, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrics, Electronics Engineering, or similar field
• Min. 3 years of experience in HVAC sector
• Residency in Samsun
• Minimum B level driver license and no travel restrictions
• Min. Intermediate level of English knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
