Accounting and Treasury Executive

We are looking for an Accounting and Treasury Executive, proficient in both spoken and written English, for our business partner, a global manufacturing company with operations spanning across 100 countries!

Description

• Checking weekly payment to supplier list
• Prepare advance payment orders
• Follow up & control the declarations to the tax offices and municipalities in cooperation with tax consultant
• Updates customer credit list on yearly basis
• Cash management responsibility
• Ensure all treasury transactions entered by HQ.
• Handles monthly bank account reconciliation
• Prepares tax and social security payments to the bank
• Follow up customer / supplier guarantee documents
• Responsible for the total cash and fund balance reporting on daily basis
• Responsible for all bank transfer orders being sent to the banks
• Checking employee expense reports for SAP system entry and regularly reconcile personnel accounts
• Managing correction of bookkeeping according to tax consultant control
• Responsible general ledger, fixed assets, customer, supplier accounts in SAP
• Following up month/Q end closing periods with FI Manager
• Co-ordinates the Annual Tax Audits with external tax partner
• Prepares the necessary management reports
• Follows up finance procedures and updates

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business administration or related field
• Minimum 4- 5 years of experience in Finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, hands on, proactive, good team player
• Proficiency in ERP systems
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Experience in working for multinational manufacturing company
