With a strong international presence, the company operates state-of-the-art manufacturing plants across three continents: Europe, Asia, and North America.Driven by innovation, committed to quality, and dedicated to sustainability, this multinational organization has earned its reputation as a trusted name in its industry!DescriptionChecking weekly payment to supplier listPrepare advance payment ordersFollow up & control the declarations to the tax offices and municipalities in cooperation with tax consultantUpdates customer credit list on yearly basisCash management responsibilityEnsure all treasury transactions entered by HQ.Handles monthly bank account reconciliationPrepares tax and social security payments to the bankFollow up customer / supplier guarantee documentsResponsible for the total cash and fund balance reporting on daily basisResponsible for all bank transfer orders being sent to the banksChecking employee expense reports for SAP system entry and regularly reconcile personnel accountsManaging correction of bookkeeping according to tax consultant controlResponsible general ledger, fixed assets, customer, supplier accounts in SAPFollowing up month/Q end closing periods with FI ManagerCo-ordinates the Annual Tax Audits with external tax partnerPrepares the necessary management reportsFollows up finance procedures and updatesProfileBachelor's degree in economics, finance, business administration or related fieldMinimum 4- 5 years of experience in FinanceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsReliable, hands on, proactive, good team playerProficiency in ERP systemsProficient in both spoken and written EnglishExperience in working for multinational manufacturing companyJob OfferOpportunity to work in a dynamic and multinational environmentAn inclusive and innovative workplace environmentA chance to enhance skills and gain experience in SAPConvenient location with easy access
