About the job Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our client's team in Istanbul, Turkey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to account management and a focus on delivering exceptional service.


Responsibilities:


  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Account Strategy: Create and implement account strategies to enhance client engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Problem Solving: Address client inquiries and issues promptly, providing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly track account performance metrics and prepare reports for management to assess client engagement and satisfaction levels.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment in delivering client solutions.

Qualifications:


  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Nationality: Turkish nationals.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Turkish.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated ability to think critically and address challenges effectively.
