About the Role
Currently for our Health&Medical Business Unit in Turkiye we are looking for Account Manager who will be responsible for boosting sales of Leukoplast® and Actimove® brands in hospitals, distributors and medical devices shops.

Implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the market.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
Negotiating pricing, contracts, and other sales agreements with clients and distributors.
Providing regular sales forecasts, analyze sales data, inventory position, and report on sales performance to senior management. Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Ensuring all sales activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations.
Working closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on business goals and customer needs.
Min. 5 years of professional experience - preferably in a related position in the medical device / medical / health sector.
Proven knowledge of public tenders is a must
Analytical thinker, pro-active, enthusiastic,
Strong representation and persuasion skills,
Minimum associate degree,
Good command of English and fluency in Turkish is a must
Prone to technology; able to use MS Office and other sales package programs effectively,
Have a class B driver's license, can drive an active vehicle,
No travel restrictions.
