ABOME and Red Team Leader

Lostar Bilgi Güvenliği A.Ş. has been providing consulting, training, and auditing services in information security, IT governance, and business continuity since 1998. Serving various sectors such as energy, banking, and telecommunications, our company specializes in penetration testing, GDPR consultancy, and ISO certification processes.

As the ABOME and Red Team Leader, you will lead a team to effectively execute continuous pentesting service and auditing activities, as well as red team operations. You will play a pivotal role in identifying security vulnerabilities and developing solutions to enhance our customers cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of penetration testers.
• Plan and execute penetration testing and red teaming activities.
• Conduct cybersecurity audits (Active Directory audits, email security system audits, etc.)
• Identify and analyze security vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with current cyber threats and technological advancements.
• Oversee the training and development of team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on penetration testing and red teaming.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSWE, OSEP) are highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English.

This role offers the flexibility of working 70% from home, with occasional in-office requirements in Istanbul
