Ideal Candidate:

  • Strategic thinker, master coach, and change enabler.
  • Experienced in Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, and various agile scaling frameworks.
  • Passionate about inspiring teams, coaching senior leaders, and promoting new ways of working.
Responsibilities:

  • Integrate agile principles and lean approaches into the organizational culture.
  • Implement and customize frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, and the Spotify model.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and monitor transformation roadmaps.
  • Establish mechanisms for collaboration between teams and leadership.
  • Provide coaching for executives, senior leaders, and teams.
  • Conduct training on Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, and agile frameworks.
  • Mentor Scrum Masters and other change agents.
  • Encourage ownership, autonomy, and accountability.
  • Identify and solve systemic impediments.
  • Enable teams to solve their own challenges.
  • Work with leaders to remove cross-functional obstacles.
  • Conduct maturity assessments and design interventions.
  • Define and track KPIs and OKRs.
  • Use data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, and the Spotify model.
  • Ability to guide leaders, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Lead large-scale change initiatives.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and manage difficult conversations.
  • Align transformation efforts with business goals.
  • Find innovative solutions in complex environments.
  • 10+ years in agile coaching, transformation leadership, or change management.
  • Proven success in implementing and scaling agile frameworks.
  • Completed a coaching certification program accredited by ICF.
