UI/UX Designer

Venari security is looking for a talented UI/UX Developer to join our software team to contribute to our Cryptographic Management and Cyber Security SaaS Products.

We build a cutting-edge cyber security solution that helps customers prevent cyber-attacks using data analytics and machine learning.

You will work closely with our Cyber, Data Science, Engineering teams and other stakeholders to create seamless user experiences that enhance product usability, simplify complex processes, and maintain strong security measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigating user experience design requirements for the desired features and functionality.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Collaborating with the Product Management team and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of wonderful experiences for the digital user.
• Working closely with front-end developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation and support the handoff process.
• Iterative designing by using feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously refine and improve designs post-launch.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
• Maintaining and expanding the product's design system to ensure consistency across all features and updates.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services, preferably withing SaaS companies.
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A team player but can work independently too.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Some experience with JavaScript frameworks and fundamental front-end concepts would be helpful.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and the ability to translate technical features into intuitive interfaces would be highly preferred.
• Experience with UI/UX design.
• Solid knowledge of software engineering best practices.
• Experience building cloud-native software on AWS (preferred) or other cloud platform.
• Experience in high quality software delivery with continuous refactoring.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML/CSS to better communicate with developers.
