Position Overview:
We are seeking a
Technical Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of projects. You will translate client requirements into user stories, manage project tasks, and ensure the development team executes efficiently. Your understanding of technical language will allow you to effectively communicate with both management and the technical team, while also managing Agile processes such as sprint planning.
Daily Responsibilities:
Gather and translate client requirements into clear user stories and tasks. Prioritize and manage the project backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Organize sprint planning and ensure tasks are assigned based on team capacity. Facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospectives, ensuring project momentum. Maintain clear communication between stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring tasks are well-understood. Track and update project progress using ClickUp, making sure tasks are logged and monitored regularly. Follow up with the development team to ensure timelines are met and obstacles are addressed.
Job skills
Requirements:
Experience managing technical projects, ideally within the gaming or tech industry. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience facilitating sprints. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members. Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Trello. A passion for video games and knowledge of game development processes.
Preferred Certifications:
Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) Product Owner (CSPO or equivalent) Additional relevant Agile certifications
