What You Will Do
Assist the Product Manager in implementing the portfolio strategy for the assigned category. Develop and launch new products in alignment with the overall category strategy. Conduct product development activities, including sourcing and costing with manufacturing partners. Perform financial reporting and analysis, including NPI weekly reports and sales performance tracking. Support monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Operations, Merchandising, Creative, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless product execution. Identify opportunities to optimize existing products for improved customer experience and operational efficiency. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning and product enhancements. Act as the first point of contact for customer care and internal teams regarding product-related queries. Participate in key meetings, including product team discussions, business reviews, manufacturing updates, and go-to-market planning.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present to a team. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas. Experience in financial reporting and analysis. Understanding of strategic thinking and financial modeling. Meticulous with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Willingness to work a night shift (Australian Hours 9 AM - 5 PM).
Nice to Have
Experience with Jira project management system. Exposure to Looker reporting tools. Basic knowledge of stock and sales forecasting.
