Relax at our Spa and pools, stay connected with state-of-the-art business services, or take a step back in time – more than 3,000 years of ancient civilization are at your fingertips.About the roleThe Massage Therapist position performs body treatments according to established protocols ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation.What you will do Provides professional treatments including massage, facial treatments, body wax and body treatments in a sensitive and personalized manner; determines guest needs and preferences by asking pertinent questions. Possesses a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills; intuitively recommends and effectively upsells treatments, packages and retail items in a sensitive and personalized manner. Handles guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; meticulously respects guest needs for privacy, takes ownership of guest concerns and requests and acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction when glitches occur Has a thorough understanding of all services including benefits, indications & contraindications for each of the treatments; applies professional products safely and accurately. Sets-up and maintains spa treatment rooms in an immaculate manner; maintains stocks of operating and guest supplies in the work areasWhat you bring Has 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Spa therapy Provide a variety of professional massage treatments including, but not limited to, wraps, scrubs, and specialty treatments. Recommend each of the retail products accurately to all guests. Good command of English language skills.
