Job Description:
Key responsibilities
- Lead ABAP development using BTP and Clean Core methods to deliver complex, best-practice SAP solutions.
- Design and manage complex system interfaces, ensuring smooth integration and data consistency across SAP modules and third-party tools.
- Coordinate with offshore teams for timely, quality delivery and act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Manage and review functional specifications, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical feasibility.
- Provide onsite support throughout the project lifecycle, resolving technical issues quickly and effectively.
Required skills and experience
- Expert-level ABAP development skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and Clean Core development strategies.
- Hands-on experience on SAP S2P Process.
- Deep understanding of SAP integration methodologies (IDoc, RFC, OData, etc.) and experience managing complex interfaces.
- Proven experience in coordination with offshore teams and handling large-scale SAP transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules and experience interacting with clients and functional teams.
- Experience in functional specification review & approval processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships and technical discussions.
Preferred skills and experience
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
- Experience working in agile or scrum-based project environments.
- Certification in SAP ABAP or BTP is a plus.
