Reporting directly to the Managing Director for the KONE Distribution Business, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Regional Sales & Business Development Manager . The successful candidate will work closely with the distributor teams across the Middle East, Africa & CIS countries to create sales strategies and distributor road maps. The position will be based in Morocco , Tunisia, or Algeria, with a strong focus on North & West Africa. This strategic location gives the Regional Sales & Business Development Manager access to the African Market . We are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter who understands how to partner and collaborate with our business partners. We need someone who can influence, with an analytical mindset, results-driven and strong commercial acumen skill. Experience in sourcing and onboarding new distributors in both current and new markets . Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence customers and colleagues . Hands-on with the ability to work independently and propose alternatives and solutions . Excellent French and English language skills.
