Your profile:
• Master’s degree of Electrical Technics
• Experience : At least 4-6 years of relevant professional experience
• Language : fluent speaker of English
• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and social adaptability and flexibility
Treatment of external claims
Management of GQRS system
Collaboration with all departements in order to make claims analysis .
Insert action plans in GQRS system and ensure the respect of deadlines
Action plan follow up
Validation of claims action plan and make follow up via QRM
Daily communication quality result and recent claims to all YAPT members
Daily communication with CSC in order to solve problem and ameliorate external indicators
Suggestion and amelioration
requirements of the Quality Management System
Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System (ISO TS 16949), compliance with YEL / YAP-T procedures, with health and safety rules within the work area (ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 & ISO 45001 ) ) and the 5S principles.
