We are seeking a Quality Assurance Team Lead to oversee quality processes and ensure compliance within pharmaceutical operations for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership, GMP standards, and quality assurance, including Product Quality Reviews (PQR) within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Group 10 Responsibilities
Oversee and manage Product Quality Reviews (PQR) Supervise and coordinate quality assurance processes for multiple clients Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry regulations Lead and develop a team of quality professionals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality processes Utilize IT systems to optimize quality management
Group 12 Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards, transversal activities, and IT systems Strong understanding of GMP regulations Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a rigorous approach to quality assurance Transparent and team-oriented mindset Fluent in French and English
