As Project Manager Officer within our Transversal Project Management team, you’llhelp planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for an organization while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope


Mission:


  • Coordinate and supervise all projects to ensure alignment with the site’s priorities.
  • Align and govern projects according to the standards, policies & guidelines.
  • Support projects leaders to facilitate communication, manage risks, ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Planning and Monitoring
    • Ensure that the projects are justified and efficiently managed to completion within the M&S CHC guidelines & GxP.
    • Ensure the project governance processes across the site.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources and budgets.
    • Support the project controller to implement the tools and dashboards to track projects performance.
    • Support Projects leader on processes, best practices and post-project evaluations.
    • Identify and resolve operational issues that may impact deliverables.
    • Analyze past project performances to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Ensure seamless communication between site and regional/global teams.
    • Prepare regular progress reports for management.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify, assess, and monitor risks associated with projects.
    • Develop mitigation plans to minimize potential impacts.
  • Portfolio Management
    • Ensure a robust site product portfolio.
    • Supervise the site’s project portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
    • Evaluate project proposals by analyzing feasibility, risks, and expected benefits.
    • Prioritize projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Ensure the product transfer to the site
    • Manage the formulas optimization

Skills and Qualifications :


  • Education: Advanced degree in chemical engineering, pharmacy, or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years in a pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Expert in GMP with advanced skills in budgeting, risk management and KPI tracking.
  • Leadership: Strong organizational, communication, team leadership skills, and proactive problem solver.
