Description



Commercial Operations: PMO & Project Coordinator



You will be working within our Commercial Operations team, to successfully deliver
multiple strategic projects that align with ESI and ADP Strategy.
As part of the Project Management Office your role is responsible for maintaining project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
In the framework of Project Coordinator your role includes managing specific elements on projects to deliver new Products, Processes and Service Offerings across our Sales Organization.

Your role takes the following responsibilities:



• Work with Commercial Operations and support the Sales organization.
• Accountable for the accuracy and distribution of PMO reporting.
• Review, update, and maintain the Project Management portfolio.
• Manage and enhance project management templates.
• Closely work with project managers to provide coordination of key project tasks.
• Manage specific elements on projects, coordinating team members, activities, and deliverables when required.
• Contribute to strategic projects with significant business impact, supporting
the project manager to create project plans and schedules.
• Communication and coordination of elements of project activities and project deliverables.
• Update and maintain elements of project documentation and data.
• Participate in workshops to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain awareness and support of ADP policies and procedures.
• Work with other team members to provide flexibility and business continuity as and when required.
• Support other ad-hoc operational requests

Desirable



• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience of Smartsheet
• Experience in Project Management
• Experience in Change Management
• Prince2 or similar Qualified Practitioner
