Location: Tunis, Tunisia (with ability to travel internationally)
Department: ADP, Global Security Organization/Converged Security Services
The Global Security Organization (GSO) within ADP is hiring a Physical Security Specialist to join its CSS/Global Forensics, e-Discovery and Investigations (GFDI) team.
This opportunity will be located in Tunis, Tunisia. The incumbent will join an experienced team who provide physical security, investigative and forensic services to ADP to ensure integrity across all business operations.

Job Summary:



The Global Security Organization is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Physical Security Specialist


to ensure the safety and security of our employees, assets, and facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing physical security measures, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a secure environment. This includes recommending changes or updates, installing and maintaining physical security controls such as intrusion alarms, video surveillance systems, facility access control systems; responding to emergency situations; conducting risk assessments; training personnel on proper use of physical security systems; investigating incidents related to security breaches; ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as the physical security strategies, policies and procedures depicted in NIST 800-171 Physical Security Controls.

Key Qualifications:



Dual citizenship in Tunisia and either the United States or a European country (Preferred). Former experience in law enforcement, corporate physical security or a similar role. Expertise in physical security systems and facility access control technologies (e.g., Honeywell ProWatch and Avigilon VMS). Proficiency in English and French. Valid passport and ability to travel occasionally on short notice. Demonstrated ability to operate independently while exercising sound judgment and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop, implement, and maintain physical security protocols and procedures to protect company assets, personnel, and the ADP brand.
Conduct regular physical security assessments and audits of facilities to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and management of physical security systems, including physical access control systems, video surveillance systems, intrusion alarms, and other security technologies.
Collaborate with management, employees, and external vendors to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
Monitor and evaluate security operations to ensure effectiveness and compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Respond to and manage security incidents, including investigations, reporting, and corrective actions.
Train employees on physical security practices, including emergency response, access control procedures, and incident reporting.
Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and security contractors as needed.
Prepare and deliver detailed reports on security performance, incidents, and recommended improvements.
Stay updated on current industry trends and advancements in physical security technologies.

Qualifications:



Strong knowledge of physical security platforms, including facility access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
Familiarity with security risk assessment methodologies and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
Accompliished in Microsoft Office suite applications.
Familiarity with security software and systems (e.g., Honeywell ProWatch or similar platforms).
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Certifications such as PSP (Physical Security Professional) or CPP (Certified Protection Professional) are a plus.
