ESS Solution Architect:

Experience: Minimum 12+ years (7+ in Telecom domain).

Agile methodologies and digital transformation expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Development:

  • Ownership of end-to-end solutions for Change Requests (CRs).
  • Scalable and compliant architecture designs.

Enterprise Integration:

  • Cloud and on-premise integration with middleware (TIBCO) and APIs (APIGEE).

Domain Expertise in Telecom BSS:

  • Billing, Charging, Subscription Management, ERP, Inventory, and Reporting Systems.

UI/UX and Dashboard Development:

  • Designing portals, dashboards, mobile apps, and web services.

Programming: JavaScript, SQL, J2EE, Angular, React, Spring, Hibernate.

Databases: Oracle, SQL.

Integration: SOAP, REST APIs, XML, JSON.

Frameworks: UML, SOA, model-driven development.

Design expertise: Portals, Dashboards, Channels, Mobile Apps.

Middleware and API integration.

Telecom BSS Solution Architect


Experience: Minimum 10+ years and 7+ years in Telecom domain (Ericsson Billing/Charging, Nokia Provisioning).

Agile methodologies and digital transformation expertise.


Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Ericsson Charging System (CS) configurations for telecom requirements.
  • Assist in solution design and impact analysis.
  • Implement prepaid/postpaid services, tariffs, and pricing models.
  • Integrate CS with CRM, Billing, and Customer Care systems via APIs.
  • Test, validate, and optimize configurations for performance.
  • Document changes and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Diagnose and resolve configuration issues.
  • Ericsson CS modules: SDP, AIR, CCN, OCC, EMM/OLM, Voucher Systems.

  • Develop rate plans, services, discounts, and promotions.
  • Maintain product configuration repositories.
  • Configure partners, taxation, payments, and interconnect ratings.
  • Test configurations and resolve UAT and production issues.
  • Ensure SLA/OLA compliance and security policies.
  • Ericsson Billing products and configurations.
  • SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Troubleshooting and testing expertise.

Senior Full Stack Developer (Java, Angular, Swift+ Android)

Open code VAS Developer (SDP, Network Browser, Camel GW, and Community Management)

  • Minimum 5+ years and above.
  • Ensure system availability and performance, supporting VAS integration and subscription management
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support, troubleshooting software and system issues.
  • Monitor systems  (USSD Gateway, Subscription Management), perform maintenance, and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Assist with VAS services, subscriptions, and backend integrations.
  • Document incidents, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with internal teams to improve services.
  • UNIX/Linux, MySQL/Oracle, IP networking, telecom protocols (SS7, SMPP, SIP), basic programming.

Experience: Minimum 7 years and above

  • Experience in Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works, EMS, and Active Matrix. Work with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and OpenAPI Specification (Swagger) for API design.
  • Manage API lifecycle (design, deployment, monitoring) using tools like Apigee and AWS API Gateway.
  • Implement API security (OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS) and manage traffic policies (throttling, rate limiting).
  • Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply tuning strategies for high availability.
  • Set up and manage monitoring tools (e.g., TIBCO Hawk) and deploy CI/CD automation for API services.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for services, APIs, and integration flows.
  • Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle) and web technologies (SOAP, REST).
  • Experience in ESB and API Gateway solutions, including service orchestration and performance tuning.


SharePoint / Dot net Developer: (Location: Offshore – Jordan)

Experience: Minimum 8 years and above

  • Experience  in SharePoint 2016/2019 design, development, administration, and migration under MS SQL Server.
  • Expertise in VB.Net, C#.Net, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, IIS Server, T-SQL, WCF, AJAX, and Web Services.
  • Expertise in Nintex workflows, Nintex Forms, and MS InfoPath forms.
  • Expertise knowledge in SharePoint application administration, deployment, and production support.
  • Detail-oriented, with a positive mindset and continuous learning focus.

Experience: Minimum 7 years and above

  • Experience with HP/NNMI, OMI, SM, and uCMDB in telecom environments.
  • Skilled in ITSM processes (Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Configuration, SLM, Request Management) and platform customization.
  • Expertise in integrating uCMDB with Asset Management, Service Manager, and Business Service Management solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge in network, SNMP, device discovery, and advanced discovery.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, enabling reports, and integrating third-party tools (SiteScope, OMW, APM).
  • ITIL certified with proficiency in HP monitoring and service management tools.


Skills Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication and Telecommunication Engineering or a related field.
  • Telecom sector experience highly advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
