We are looking for a Merchandiser based in one of the following regions: Greater Tunis, Cap Bon, and Sahel.
As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal visibility and placement of products within retail outlets, will be managing the implementation of marketing plans, and promotional activities.
You will be analyzing accounts/retail outlets to increase sales through in-store promotion/advertising, additional product lines, or obtaining a more suitable location within the store.
The ideal candidate will establish close contact and rapport with retailers/HORECA owners to assist in meeting volume, distribution, SOM, market information, and promotion program objectives.
You will also install and maintain pack dispensers, shelves, stands, and other merchandising equipment, including cleaning racks and rotating older stock to the front on each visit.
EDUCATION
College Diploma or equivalent
WORK EXPERIENCE
3-5 years in sales & distribution, channel management, and consumer and trade marketing in the tobacco industry preferred.
