IT Support Specialist for our office in
Tunisia where you will be based.

What you will be doing
The role will be serving mainly APAC region so you should be able to work in their time zone. It also requires performing advanced computer systems support work in a help desk setting. Work involves coordinating and/or providing the first-line assistance for operational problems of the company systems/applications.
Here, passion, integrity and a “can-do” attitude are always top of mind. Your daily tasks will involve:
Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, software, and hardware Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements Manage CXG’s IT inventory and perform quarterly checkups on all digital assets. Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software Serve as the subject-matter expert supporting Mac OS X, Windows, and widely used software and applications, such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Google Workspace Works under minimal supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Requirements
What you will bring along
Bachelor’s or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Strong English written and oral communication and interpersonal skills Strong sense of customer service Strong computer literacy Expertise in Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Office. Works well with others in an integrated team environment Fast and independent learner Intercultural competence Self-motivated, curios, proactive and problem solver A sense of personal ownership of the applications, and the drive to keep customers well satisfied with the level of support they receive.
